I was offered a sensational breakfast with homemade bread. The hotel was set in a central area next to centre of Keswick, central Lakes and Very close to town center. It also was in Ambleside close to everything.

Everything was very good, so were fabulous views over the park. The room was extremely pleasant and brand-new, and the bathroom was large. Everyone from the staff was friendly and great. Great Wood was right by the hotel, loved its location on almost everything you want to know about the area.

One of the best B&Bs I have ever stayed in. Heather, the host, is welcoming and thoughtful. The house is conveniently located, making it a perfect base for exploring the Lake District. The room was modern, spotless, and had an exceptional bathroom. Plenty of amenities were provided, and breakfast was delicious. The staff were friendly, and the communal lounge was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.
Totally recommend this hotel.

Located in the heart of a picturesque town, this charming hotel boasts breathtaking views of the mountains and is just a short walk away from the bustling town centre. Nestled quietly away from the main street, guests can relax in peace after a long day of exploring. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, complete with luxurious bathrooms to take a relaxing soak. Service is impeccable, with friendly and welcoming hosts eager to make guests feel at home. Breakfasts are a highlight, with a range of delicious options to cater for all tastes.
Although some guests may find parking difficult in the nearby area, the hotel's convenient location more than makes up for this small inconvenience.
